Through our extensive network, built largely on over 20 years successfully placing top talent, we identify individuals who meet the high standards of talent we seek. Often these candidates are referred directly to us. Through telephone screening and face-to-face interviewing, we work with them to determine if there is a good match with the opportunity.

We provide counsel to the candidate about the organization we represent and help navigate the organizations internal hiring process. We work with both parties to negotiate an offer of employment that makes sense.

During the onboarding process, we stayed connected with the candidate, answering any questions and acting as an advocate. Often, we act as an extension of our company clients’ HR firm to answer questions and coordinate onboarding challenges.
